# Label Rights

> Label Rights is a neighbouring rights collection service for record labels and master owners, operated by Off Limits Srl in Reggio Emilia, Italy. The official website is available in Italian and English.

We manage repertoire track by track and territory by territory, reflecting active licence agreements; we also handle international or selected-territory collection, unclaimed royalty searches and claim resolution. This includes supporting master owners where a licensee continues to claim money after its licence has expired. Statements and payments are processed twice a year. Our fee is a percentage of collected income, with no upfront fees for master owners. Collection depends on the presence of collecting societies, licence terms and country-specific rules.
